Chicken breasts, water, corn starch, salt, spice extracts. In a coating of water, rice flour, yellow corn flour, rice crumb, modified cornstarch, corn starch, salt, tapioca dextrin, sugar, garlic powder, granulated roasted garlic, onion powder, pea protein isolate, dextrose, baking powder, flavour, guar gum, modified cellulose, spices. Browned in vegetable oil (canola and/or soybean). Allergens: may contain soy.

Only Cook From Frozen – Pre-heat oven to 400ºF (204ºC). Spread on a baking sheet. Cook for 10 minutes, turn and cook another 8-10 minutes.   Air Fryer - 370ºF (187ºC) for 16 minutes.
