Sealand Supports Cole.
Cole is a grade 10 student in Shellbrook and he has been undergoing a medical journey for the past year. In early 2021 he began having what his family called episodes which included numbness throughout his right side as well as seizures and as the year went on they began to become more frequent. After many doctor appointments and seeing various specialists, an MRI concluded he has a tumor on his brain.
As of September 2022, it had not spread to his spine, but there are still more tests coming forth to see how the tumor is affecting his brain and to see if any growth has occurred. From these tests a medical plan will be created to remove the tumor and begin his healing.
Everyone as Sealand Quality Foods is wishing Cole a speedy recovery.
Share The Love of Food Tour.
The first annual Share The Love of Food Tour was in 2020 and saw our Culinary Consultants drop boxes of food at Women's Shelters across the country. In 2021 we continued the tradition by partnering with Naturally Splendid to donate plant-based protein to programs that support those in need.
