Payment, Delivery, Guarantee & Return Policies

Accepted methods of payment and currencies:

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and American Express in CANADIAN funds only.

Delivery policy:

We will contact you after you place your order within 24- 48  hours, first to set up a day and time so we can personally deliver directly to you, typically 1 to 2 days after contact, depending on your location. Nothing is just left on your doorstep to be compromised.

Guarantee and return Policy:

If you're not completely satisfied with a product you purchase from us, we will replace it or exchange it for something of equal value. Industry standard ‘taste-bud guarantee’ policy is a charge for portions used and a full credit for the balance is applied to your next purchase. If however, a quality issue is the concern, for your safety and reporting policies, a full review will be conducted prior to a 100% credit being applied toward your next purchase.
