Preheat oven to 425ºF. Place the frozen lobster seafood cakes on an ungreased baking sheet and cook for 19-21 minutes until the seafood cakes are golden and reach an internal temperature of 145ºF.

How to Air Fry Lobster Cakes

Preheat air fryer to 400ºF. Lightly spray the basket with cooking oil. Place the frozen lobster seafood cakes in a single layer in the basket and air fry for 16 minutes, flipping the cakes halfway through. The seafood cakes are done when they become golden and reach an internal temperature of 145ºF.
