Orange ginger beef

If you dont mind the prep for a real Calgary ginger beef then try it with these tenderloin peices....no take out order needed. Pour yourself a nice glass of wine and enjoy. Fantastic with sauteed orange peel, jalepeno, garlic and over the top of jasmine rice. 😁

Great gift idea!

This made a fantastic present for my Dad, who is the ultimate hard-to-buy-for person. He has absolutely everything already and always asks for no gifts. He was mighty impressed with this box of box when he opened it, though! The smaller packages are perfect for my parents to use as needed.
Vlado was also lovely to buy from and we'd purchase from him again.

Wow…

Bought a box of beef tenderloin tips and made a stir fry and honestly the best tenderloin I have ever tried ! So juicy and tender. Melted in my mouth. Will definitely buy more items if it’s the same caliber of quality.

Beef Tenderloin Tips

After being given many cooking ideas from Steve Hunt, the sales representative, I proceeded to try out a couple of recipes. The portion of beef tips was generous. I took the meat out of the freezer and put it in the refrigerator to thaw as instructed. I intended on using a full package for three portions, however once I opened the package, saw that there was more than needed. I made a beef stir fry on a bed of rice with the first half of the package. The next night I made beef stew. The meat cooked up beautifully and was very tender.

How to Pan Fry Tenderloin Tips

Simply add to soups or stew directly, or heat a thin layer of oil in a wide frying pan or skillet, over medium-high heat. Add the beef tenderloin tips in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd. Fry in batches until the meat is browned, around 2-3 minutes, and then flip until cooked through - approximately 2-3 more minutes. Cook until the internal temperature registers 5-10°F lower than your desired doneness (see internal temperature guidelines below).

Let the beef rest for 3-5 minutes prior to serving. Temperature will continue to rise while resting.
