Ingredients

⅓ of a package of Sealand Beef Tenderloin Tips

3/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

2 limes, juiced

3 tbsp white wine vinegar

1 tsp ground cumin
-
1 tsp ground allspice
-
2 tsp ground oregano
-
2 tsp black pepper
-
1/2 tsp Kosher salt

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

4 cloves of garlic, minced
-
1 jalapeno, diced
Steak Marinade
Directions
Combine all marinade ingredients in a large bowl
Add defrosted beef tenderloin tips and stir to cover
Marinate in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours up to 24 hours
Heat a skillet to medium-high and sauté beef tips for 5-7 minutes or until desired doneness
Serve in tortilla wraps with choice of toppings
