Pan Seared Pork Steaks

Ingredients
Directions
Preheat non-stick pan to medium high heat
Combine spice mix ingredients in a shallow dish
Coat both sides of defrosted Pork Steaks or Pork Chops with spice mix
Melt 1 tbsp butter in pan
Place pork in pan and sear for 4-6 minutes per side then remove and let rest
Mince garlic and add to pan with more butter
Add spinach to pan and sauté
Deglaze pan with 1/4 cup of white wine, stock or water
Return pork to pan to heat and then split on two plates
Sprinkle with red pepper flakes
