Saku Tuna has a mild, meaty flavour and is light pink to red in colour. Sealand's wild caught Tuna Saku Steaks are thick and have been precision cut from premium Yellowfin Tuna specifically for the grill.These Individually Quick Frozen (iQF) sushi grade tuna saku steaks can also be used for sashimi or quickly seared rare. Be careful not to overcook, or the tuna steaks could become less moist and flavourful.
