Halibut fillet

This was our first order from Sealand and I have to say that the service and quality of food is exceptional. The online order process was simple, the delivery to our doorstep was quick and incredibly convenient and the quality of all the fish products we purchased was much better than your local grocery store. I want to send a special shout out to our delivery guy Jim who was very quick to deliver our food and when he dropped it off, provided a wealth of information about the products we had purchased. This will be a company we will continue to use for our fish and meat needs in the future…

Awesome!!!

I needed halibut for a fathers day recipe. First off, it’s difficult to find and really expensive at big box store- I contacted Sealand - the sales rep was great, the halibut arrived quickly and was really high quality (and a generous amount for the price!) overall, I was more than pleased with the entire experience and the taste was delicious! Thank you!

Best Ways to Cook

We recommend that all our fish products be thawed out of packaging for 24 hours in the refrigerator prior to cooking (unless otherwise stated). Whether choosing to thaw inside or outside of the packaging, please place in a dish to thaw. Give one of these simple cooking methods a try today. INDIVIDUAL APPLIANCE TEMPERATURE MAY VARY THE COOKING TIME. USE CAUTION AS PRODUCT WILL BE HOT!

Bake

How to Bake Halibut

Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat dry thawed halibut fillets and place in baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and a squeeze of fresh lemon. Top with minced garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 12-15 minutes until halibut appears opaque and flakes easily, or until the internal temperature at the thickest part of the fish reaches 145°F.
Air Fry

How to Air Fry Halibut

Preheat air fryer to 370°F and spray basket with oil. Add seasoning and cook for 11 minutes (flipping halfway through) or until the internal temperature of the halibut reaches 145°F. The fish should be golden and flake easily with a fork.

Cooking times and temperatures may vary based on the method of preparation and the thickness of the fish. Test for doneness with a meat thermometer.
