Sealand Mediterranean Lamb Platter with Tahini Sauce
Season lamb skewers with spice blend on both sides and brush with olive oil
Preheat indoor or outdoor grill over medium-high heat
Grill Lamb Spiedini for 5 - 7 minutes per side until deep brown and cooked to desired doneness
While lamb is cooking, make tahini sauce
Add tahini to a bowl and dilute with water. Add lemon juice and use a whisk to blend together. The mixture may curdle but will become smooth again with whisking
Add garlic and spices to tahini sauce and whisk again
If you prefer a thinner sauce, add 1 tbsp of water at a time while whisking until you reach desired consistency
Place sauce on a serving board along with yogurt sauce and your favourite Mediterranean ingredients
