Sealand Mediterranean Grilled Frog Legs
A pinch of salt (to taste)
Fresh lemon juice (1 wedge)
Thaw frog legs from frozen
Placed thawed frog legs in large mixing bowl
Coat with garlic, spices, fresh parsley, lemon juice and olive oil. Toss until mixed thoroughly
Grill frog legs until golden, turning once (tip: cook until internal temperature reaches 145°F / 63°C or until meat looks like dark chicken meat)
Arrange on sharing platter and serve with fresh lemon slices
