With the power of the air fryer, there's no heavy batter or breading required, just a perfectly balanced spice blend and a quarter cup of oil is all you need to make the crispiest, juiciest wings imaginable! And as an added bonus, they're healthier than their deep fried counterparts!
Finish by tossing in a deliciously spicy buffalo sauce and serving with your favourite dip, aka blue cheese! And that's all there is to it - the easiest way to make the perfect chicken wings every single time.
Sealand Air Fryer Chicken Wings
2.5lbs Sealand Chicken Wings
1 ½ tsp salt and pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 ½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
¼ cup olive oil
½ cup Sriracha sauce (or hot sauce of choice)
2 tbsp honey
1 ½ tbsp garlic sauce
Pat defrosted chicken wings dry with paper towel and add to large bowl
In small bowl, mix dry spice seasoning (without olive oil)
Sprinkle dry seasoning over chicken wings, tossing well to coat evenly
Drizzle olive oil over chicken wings and mix well
Preheat air fryer to 205°C (400°F) for 2 minutes before adding chicken wings
Arrange chicken wings in single layer making sure they don’t overlap
Air fry for 13-15 mins, then flip
Continue to air fry for another 13-15 mins until chicken wings are crispy outside and cooked through inside
While wings are air frying, make buffalo sauce by mixing all ingredients in small bowl
When chicken wings are ready, remove from air fryer and place in large bowl. Pour buffalo sauce over and toss very well to coat evenly
Serve immediately with extra sauce on the side and blue cheese dip
