To toast sesame seeds, bake uncovered in an un-greased, shallow baking sheet at 120°C (250°F) for 8-10 minutes. Stir occasionally until golden brown
Alternatively, toast sesame seeds in an un-greased, heavy skillet over medium heat for around 2 minutes. Stir frequently until browning begins and then constantly until golden brown
Mix teriyaki sauce, sesame seeds and ginger in a bowl, then brush over defrosted chicken, coating evenly
Spray 10-inch skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning once. Cook until internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F)
