How to Bake Turkey Tenderloins

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add oil. Season the thawed turkey tenderloins with your favourite spices or marinade and then sear on each side for 1-2 minutes to lock in the moisture. Place on a lightly oiled baking dish in the middle rack of your oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature of the turkey reaches 165°F, then remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Temperature will continue to rise while resting.

How to Grill Turkey Tenderloins

Preheat the grill to high heat. Once the grill is hot, place the marinated turkey tenderloins on the grill. Cook for about 9-10 minutes per side or until the internal temperature of the turkey reaches 165°F.

Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Temperature will continue to rise while resting.

Cooking times and temperatures may vary based on the method of preparation and your desired degree of doneness. Test for doneness with a meat thermometer.
