Turkey Tenderloin
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the turkey tenderloins on each side for a minute or two. This helps lock in the moisture. Bake the tenderloins in the oven at 375 °F for about 25 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165 °F. Let the meat rest for a few minutes before slicing. BBQ - Preheat the grill to high heat. Once the grill is hot, place the turkey on the grill. Cook for about 9-10 minutes per side. This varies depending on how thick the cut of meat is. Cook until they reach an internal temperature of 165 °F. Air Fryer - Preheat 400°F. Cook for 20-25 minutes, turning once while cooking. The internal temperature should reach 165°F.
