Sealand French Cut Pork Chops on the Grill
A quick and easy summer recipe using Sealand French Cut Pork Chops.
2 tbsp olive oil
¾ tsp salt and pepper (to taste)
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chili flakes
Generously sprinkle seasoning blend on both sides of each pork chop
Drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil on each chop (coating both sides)
Grill on gas or charcoal BBQ over medium heat for 5-6 mins per side (or until internal temp reaches 145°F)
Remove pork chops from grill and serve with your favourite sides. Enjoy!
