Sealand Firecracker Calamari Bites with Caribbean Mango Slaw
Remove frozen calamari bites from packaging (no need to thaw)
Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Spray basket with avocado/olive oil spray. Alternatively, preheat oven to 430°F and spray baking sheet with oil
Add calamari to air fryer basket. Air fry for 18-20 mins, shaking basket regularly to ensure even cooking. Or, if using oven, add calamari to baking sheet and bake for 24-26 mins, flipping halfway through
Calamari is ready when batter turns deep golden colour and becomes crunchy
While calamari is cooking, make spicy mango slaw
Thinly slice all spicy mango slaw ingredients and add them to a salad plate (swap out any veggies you want to suit personal taste)
Make the dressing - combine all dressing ingredients in jar or other lidded container. Shake jar well until dressing has emulsified
Pour dressing over salad and toss well to coat evenly
Add cooked calamari to serving dish alongside salad plate
