Ribeye Steaks On The Grill With Rosemary Butter, Panzanella Salad & Potatoes
Preheat the grill to 420 degrees F. If you can’t grill outdoor, use an indoor grill pan.
Season the ribeye steaks generously on both sides with salt, pepper, onion flakes, rosemary and drizzle with olive oil on both sides.
Let the steaks absorb the seasoning for about 20 minutes as you prepare the remaining items.
For the rosemary butter: mix all ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
To make the Air Fryer Potatoes, toss all ingredients in a bowl. Place the potatoes in an Air fryer and cook at 400 degrees F for 25-30 minutes depending on the size of the potatoes. Make sure to toss every 7-8 minutes of cooking.
Prepare the salad ingredients and toss them all in a large salad bowl. For the dressing, whisk all ingredients in a separate small bowl. Don’t dress the salad until you’re ready to serve it.
Now place the ribeye steaks on the grill.
Grill for 7-9 minutes on one side with the lid on. Flip and grill for an extra 7-9 minutes (depending on how well you prefer the steak to be done).
Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
To serve : Toss the salad with the salad dressing, place the steaks on a serving board and top each steak with 1-2 tablespoons of rosemary butter.
Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and serve next to the steak.
Feel free to dress the potatoes with extra rosemary butter if you prefer.
