Directions
- Remove the Sealand Prime Rib Burgers from the box, each pack has 4 burgers. Use one pack to make 4 single patty burgers. If you want double patties, adjust the amount of burgers.
- Remove the burgers from the pack, and preheat the grill to medium high.
- In the meantime, break the corn on the cob into half, and place them in a large pot of cold water.
- Boil the corn for just 8-10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix the butter, seasoning and herbs until smooth.
- Remove the corn form the hot water and gently rub on some of the herb butter using a butter knife or spoon.
- The butter will melt and absorb into the corn.
- When the grill is ready, place the frozen burgers directly on the grill and drop the heat to medium.
- Cover the grill and let the burgers cook for about 5-6 minutes before flipping them.
- Flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
- In the meantime, prepare the burger toppings and toast the buns on the grill as well for 2 minutes.
- To make the burger sauce, add all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
- Once the burgers have cooked, add a slice of cheese over each burger (any cheese of your choice), and turn off the heat. Cover the grill and let the cheese melt for 2 minutes before removing the burgers from the grill.
- Assemble the burgers by slathering the buns with the burger sauce, pile on the toppings, and add a burger patty or two.
- Place the top bun over the burgers and serve with the herb corn on the cob.
- Enjoy
