4 pieces Sealand Flank Steak , defrosted
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 Tablespoon Mustard
- 8 cloves of Garlic, minced
- 2 Tablespoons Lime juice
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 onion, finely minced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 jalapeno, minced (optional)
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 2 cups diced tomatoes (or crushed tomatoes)
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 2 Tablespoons Mayonaise
- 1 Tablespoon Taco Seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon Lime juice
- 2 Tablespoons Cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Remove the Sealand Flank steaks from the box, and packaging. Defrost the meat overnight in the fridge or over the counter for 2-3 hours.
- Make the marinade: Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and add in the steak.
- Coat the meat evenly in the marinade and let it sit for 1 hour and up to 3 hours.
- In the meantime, make the Mexican beans.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the onions in the oil until it has turned golden.
- Add the garlic and jalapeños, and cook for 2 more mins.
- Add the tomatoes and seasoning and bring to a simmer, then add in the beans.
- Add water as needed to make it saucy.
- Simmer the beans in the sauce for about 15 minutes until the flavour have blended together.
- Add seasoning extra to taste.
- Finish with lie and cilantro.
- To make the creamy taco sauce: mix all ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.
- Prepare the renaming taco board or bowl components.
- To cook the flak steak, preheat an indoor or outdoor grill over medium high heat until hot.
- Add the steak and cook for 5-6 minutes per side.
- Remove the meat from the pan and let it cool slightly.
- Slice the steak into thin slices against the grain.
- Assemble the board by adding the meat, tortillas and all optional components on a large board and assemble the tacos.
- Alternatively you can make flank steak bowls by adding rice to a bowl and arrange the flank steak slices along with your favorite components.
