Ingredients

1/2 a bag of Sealand Arancini, frozen

1/2 a bag of Braised beef , horseradish, mashed potato mini tarts, frozen
- 2 cups baby tomatoes
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup basil leaves, torn
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
- 2-3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 Burrata cheese
- 2 Tablespoons toasted pine nuts
- Pinch of chilli flakes , optional
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper to taste
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles, more or less to your taste
- 1 Tablespoon milk , more to less to the consistency desired
- 2 cups arugula
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles, more or less to taste
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions
- Remove the Sealand Arancini and Braised beef mini tarts from the sealable bag and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Arrange the arancini in one baking sheet in a single layer, and the tarts on the other sheet, also in a single layer.
- Alternatively the arancini balls can be arid red at 375 degrees for 6-7 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Bake the two baking sheets for 10-12 minutes until golden and crisp.
- To make the baked tomatoes: in an oven safe dish, place the tomatoes, garlic, herbs, seasoning and olive oil in the dish and bake for 18 minutes until the tomatoes have blistered and the garlic has softened.
- Remove it from the oven and immediately add the burrata cheese will the dish is still hot. Gently press down the cheese to melts it into the tomatoes.
- Garish with extra pine nuts, fresh basil and chilli flakes if using. Arrange the arancini around the tomatoes.
- Serve the tomatoes with the arancini to dip in!
- For the blue cheese dip: mix all ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.
- Place the salad on a serving plate and have the blue cheese dip on the side, arrange the beef tarts over the salad, and dip into the sauce, and serve them with the salad and dip.
