1 review

(Item #64) 10-11 Individually Quick Frozen (iQF) wild caught Mahi Mahi Fillets (23 x 4oz servings).

Mahi Mahi is dense and meaty, with a mild flavour profile and large, moist flakes. This wild caught fish is also an excellent source of healthy, lean protein. Sealand's Mahi Mahi fillets come skinless and boneless, making them easy to prepare for a weeknight meal. They can be grilled, baked or fried, and are delicious paired with citrus or tropical spices and side dishes.

How to Pan Fry Mahi Mahi

Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Add 1 tbsp of butter and 1 clove of minced garlic to the pan. Pat dry thawed fillets, season with sea salt and pepper, and place in the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature at the thickest part of the fish reaches 145°F. Transfer to serving plates and serve with lemon.

How to Air Fry Mahi Mahi

Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Pat dry thawed fillets, add seasoning and cook for 11-12 minutes (flipping halfway through) or until the internal temperature of the mahi mahi reaches 145°F. The fish should be golden and flake easily with a fork.

Cooking times and temperatures may vary based on the method of preparation and the thickness of the fish. Test for doneness with a meat thermometer.
