How to Pan Fry Mahi Mahi

Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Add 1 tbsp of butter and 1 clove of minced garlic to the pan. Pat dry thawed fillets, season with sea salt and pepper, and place in the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature at the thickest part of the fish reaches 145°F. Transfer to serving plates and serve with lemon.

How to Air Fry Mahi Mahi

Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Pat dry thawed fillets, add seasoning and cook for 11-12 minutes (flipping halfway through) or until the internal temperature of the mahi mahi reaches 145°F. The fish should be golden and flake easily with a fork.

Cooking times and temperatures may vary based on the method of preparation and the thickness of the fish. Test for doneness with a meat thermometer.
