Fantastic

These are amazing if cooked up right, I think they should be done on the barbeque grill preferably with charcoal.
If you're real hungry go to otherwise you can share these with someone. I'll be getting more on one of my orders.

A must have for home cooks!

These chops are amazing marinated and finished on charcoal or propane and equally as good braised in your favorite tomato and white/marsala wine sauce! Yum!

Veal Chops

We did the chops on the Kamado Joe and they were amazing. We seasoned with Onyx seasoning
and cooked to an internal temp of 145F. We then let it rest for a few minutes while getting the rest of the supper out.
This was honestly the best veal chop we have ever had. It was very tender and juicy! I will certainly order this again and you will not be disappointed if you get this.
