1/3 bag Sealand Walleye Bites, frozen
- 1 cups Avocado Oil
- 3 tablespoons scallions minced
- 2 Tablespoons ginger finely diced or 1 Tablespoon grated
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 2 Tablespoons chilli flakes MORE OR LESS to YOUR TASTE
- 1 apple, finely sliced or shredded
- 4 cups thinly sliced cabbage
- 2 carrots, grated
- 4 scallions, minced
- 1/3 cup minced cilantro
- 2-3 Tablespoons toasted sesame
- 3 Tablespoons tahini paste
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon Lime juice
- 2 Tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon water (more or less depending on the desired consistency)

Directions
- Remove the Sealand Walleye Bites from the bag, seal the bag and freeze it for later.
- Make the chili oil recipe by adding all the ingredients into a heat safe jar, except for the oil.
- Heat up the oil over medium heat until it reaches about 350 degrees F.
- Carefully pour the hot oil over the jar ingredients in small amounts as the mixture will bubble and may overflow.
- Mix the chlili oil well and keep it at room temperature until it cools before covering the jar.
- Store it at room temperature for up to 3 months and use it sparingly on many dishes.
- To cook the Walleye Bites, the air fryer is best.
- Place the bites in the air fryer basket and air fry at 375 degrees F for 10 minutes, shaking every 3-4 minutes to distribute the heat evenly.
- When the fish is ready, drizzle with as little or plenty of chili oil as you like.
- For the slaw, mix the salad ingredients, minus the sesame seeds, and toss well.
- To make the dressing, mix all ingredients except the water. Whisk until smooth.
- Add the water 1 tablespoon at a time while whisking to adjust consistency.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
- Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.
