1/4 Pack of Sealand Meatballs, defrosted (about 4 cups)
- 2 Tablespoons Oil
- 4 Tablespoons butter (unsalted)
- 3 Tablespoons Flour
- 2 cups broth (hot)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (or soy sauce)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper
- 2 Tablespoons parsley, minced

- Defrost your meatballs in the fridge overnight, or on the counter for two hours.
- Preheat a deep skillet over medium high heat with the oil.
- Add in the meatballs and cook them while tossing until they are golden brown. This takes between 8-10 minutes.
- Once the meatballs are all cooked, remove them from the skillet and on to a clean plate.
- Use the same skillet to make the sauce as it has the meatball flavours.
- Start by dropping the heat to medium and add in the butter.
- When the butter has melted, add in the flour and whisk together until the flour is toasty and light golden in colour.
- Ad that point add in the hot stock and thick well to make sure no lumps of flour are visible.
- Turn the heat to medium high and bring to a boil.
- Add in cream, Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce, mustard and seasoning. Whisk well into the sauce and drop the heat to medium.
- Add the cooked meatballs back to the skillet and let it simmer in the same for 3 minutes.
- Finish off with the parsley, more3 cracked black pepper if you desire.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, rice or pasta.
