1 bag Sealand Beef Tenderloin Pieces, defrosted
- 1 teaspoon salt and coarse black pepper (to taste)
- ! tablespoon Oil
- 4 Tablespoons Unsalted butter, room temperature
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tablespoon finely diced herbs (rosemary, thyme or a blend of your choice)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
- 2 cups Arugula
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup parmesan shavings
- Mashed Potatoes
- Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- Chilli flakes, optional
- Fresh herbs, optional

- Remove the Sealand beef tenderloin pieces from the packaging and defrosting overnight in the fridge or over the counter for 2-3 hours.
- Make the garlic butter: Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
- Cut the tenderloin pieces into 1 inch cubes, or the steak bites size of your choice.
- Season liberally the steak bites with salt and coarsely ground black pepper.
- Preheat a heavy duty skillet over medium high heat, and add the oil.
- When the skillet is hot, add the steak bites in a single layer.
- Avoid flipping or mixing them right away. Wait 203 minutes until the steak bites have sizzled and have a golden crust.
- Flip the steak bites one by one.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden.
- Turn off the heat and add In the garlic herb butter.
- Mix the butter into the steak bites making sure to coat each one.
- Serve the steak bites with mashed potatoes or fries, and lemon arugula salad.
- Garnish with extra herbs, parmesan cheese, fresh herbs and chilli flakes.
- Enjoy.
