Directions
- Remove the Sealand chicken schnitzel from the freezer packaging and use right away.
- Preheat a skillet over medium high heat and add in the oil.
- Place the chicken schnitzel in the hot oil and pan fry for 4-5 minutes per side over medium heat until golden.
- Alternatively, spray the chicken schnitzel on both sides with oil spray. Air fry at 375 degrees for 4-5 minutes per side until golden.
- Prepare the lemon aioli : in a small bowl, mix all ingredients together.
- To make the sandwich: spread the lemon aioli, top with basil leaves, tomato slices and the cooked chicken schnitzel. Ad freshly grated parmesan cheese on top and serve with fries or caesar salad.
- To make the chicken parmesan, preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. In an oven safe dish, layer the marinara, cooked chicken schnitzel, more marinara and top that with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is bubble.
- For a light option, make caesar salad, serve it over the cooked chicken schnitzel, top with parmesan shavings.
