Ingredients

• 4 x Sealand Spicy Chicken Breast Burgers

• Blue Cheese

• Shallots

• Arugula

• Fresh red chili

Burger Sauce

• 3 Tbsp mayonnaise (can substitute vegan mayo)

• 1 Tbsp hot sauce

• 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice

• Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Place frozen burgers on baking sheet

2. Lightly coat with oil (optional)

3. Bake in oven at 400°F for 15-20 mins, turning once

4. Combine burger sauce ingredients in small bowl and mix well

5. Spread burger sauce inside bun and add arugula, shallots, blue cheese and fresh chili

6. Finish assembly by adding spicy chicken breast burgers and topping with extra blue cheese
