Directions
Arrange your meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer, and spray lightly with oil.
- Air fry at 400 degrees for 12-14 minutes, shaking halfway until the meatballs are golden brown and cooked through.
- Heat up the marinara sauce and stock in a sauce pan until bubbly and then add in the pesto and parmesan cheese. Stir to flavour the sauce.
- Now add in the cooked meatballs into the sauce and let them simmer in the sauce for 2-3 minutes.
- Add in the cooked pasta and toss well in the sauce to coat.
- If you feel the sauce is too thick, add in the pasta water in 2 tablespoons at a time while tossing the pasta and meatballs over medium low heat. Add more to the desired consistency you prefer.
- Serve the pasta and meatballs with a sprinkle of parmesan and torn basil leaves.
- Break up the burrata cheese into chunks and place it over the warm spaghetti and meatballs before serving.
- Enjoy with some garlic bread.
