Ingredients
12 Sealand U10 Scallops
½ cup butter
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbsp oyster sauce
⅓ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tbsp Korean red pepper paste
2 tsp sesame oil
600 g Shanghai Noodles – You can use any noodle of your choice.
½ cup parmesan cheese
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 green onions, thinly sliced
Directions Melt butter in a pan over medium heat; then add garlic and sauté.
Meanwhile, combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, Korean red pepper paste and sesame oil. Stir well.
Add to pan and stir until thickened.
Prepare noodles as per your package instructions.
Once noodles are done, add to the pan and toss. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and stir to combine.
Add green onions to the pan and combine.
Heat a pan to high heat; drizzle the oil in the pan until hot. Add the scallops, until golden brown; approximately 3 minutes per side.
Serve over noodles.
