4 pieces Sealand Bison Burgers, frozen
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese, or your favorite
- 4 burger buns of your choice
- Greens of your choice
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 large onion or 2 medium onions, thinly sliced
- 2-3 cups. Mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt/ Sour cream
- 1 teaspoon each salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme / oregano
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 1/2 teaspoon truffle oil
- 4 cups Frozen Fries
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon Truffle Oil blend of dark and light
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 2 Tablespoon parsley minced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes optional

- Remove the Sealand Bison burgers from the bag, and keep on the counter to defrost slightly in order to unpack them from each other.
- Make the caramelized onions in a heavy duty skillet by adding butter and the onions over medium heat.
- Stir and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden. Add in the mushrooms and season, increase the heat to medium high and continue cooking the mushrooms with the onions until the mushrooms have softened. This takes 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the onions and mushrooms and to the same pan, add some oil and add in the burgers.
- Cook the burgers for 5-7 minutes per side until done. Place a slice of cheese on top of each burger and tent lightly with foil or cover the pan with a lid for the cheese to melt.
- For the truffle aioli, mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
- To make the fries, air fry, oven roast or fry them until crispy.
- Drizzle with the truffle oil, and sprinkle the remaining seasoning, and toss well.
- Assemble the burgers by spreading the truffle aioli, top with greens and your favorite toppings.
- Pile the mushrooms onions mixture and serve with the fries and more truffle aioli.
- Enjoy.
