Ingredients

1/4 Pack of Sealand Meatballs, Frozen (about 4 cups)
- Oil Spray
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 3 Tablespoons Honey Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon relish
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper (or to taste)
- slices of cheese (use your favourite)
- Red onions, cubed into 1 inch chunks (similar to the size of the meatballs)
- Pickles
- Sliced tomatoes
- Lettuce cut into 2 inch pieces (enough to cover the meatballs)

- Arrange your meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer, and spray lightly with oil.
- Air fry at 400 degrees for 12-14 minutes, shaking halfway until the meatballs are golden brown and cooked through.
- In the meantime, prepare your burger sauce by mixing all ingredients in a bowl.
- Once the meatballs are ready, assemble the burgers.
- Take a bamboo skewer and start layering the meatball, cheese, onion, tomato, pickle and lettuce. Use your favourite burger toppings.
- Repeat with the remaining meatballs.
- To serve, spread the burger sauce on half of a large platter.
- Arrange the meatball burgers over the sauce directly with the meatballs touching the sauce.
- Serve with fries on the side.
