Ingredients

3 pieces of Sealand Lobster Ravioli per serving , frozen
- Boiling Water
- 2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 3 Tablespoons unsalted Butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 Tablespoon fresh oregano leaves (or thyme)
- 1/2 cup Cream (18% or 35%)
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper (or to taste)
- Chilli flakes, optional

Creamy Lemon Butter Sauce
Directions
- Remove the bag of Lobster Ravioli from the freezer, and begin boiling the water with the sea salt over high heat.
- When the water comes to a boil, drop in the lobster ravioli into the pot one at a time.
- The ravioli needs anywhere between 4-6 minutes of cooking. When they begin to float to the surface of the water, the ravioli is ready.
- While they’re cooking, or before that, begin with the sauces.
- To. Make the Creamy Lemon Sauce: In a sauce pan or deep skillet, add the butter and sauté the garlic for just 1 minute until fragrant over medium low heat.
- Add in the fresh oregano leaves and give it a toss with the hot butter to extract the flavour of the herb.
- Add in the cream, lemon zest and juice.
- Simmer the sauce for just 2-3 minutes, then season and it’s ready.
