Ingredients

• 2 cups green cabbage, cored and thinly sliced

• 2 cups purple cabbage, cored and thinly sliced

• 1 cup carrot peeled and grated

• ¼ cup onion, finely julienned

• 1 cup mayonnaise

• ⅛ tsp agar agar powder

• ½ tsp sugar

• 2 tbsp Greek plain yogurt

• 2 tsp dijon

• 2 tbsp 35% cream

• ½ tsp garlic powder

• ¼ tsp Kosher salt
