Ingredients
- 1/2 a bag Sealand Boneless Pork Dry Ribs
- Oil Spray (optional)
- 1/3 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Honey / Maple Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Molasses
- 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Mustard
- 2 cups Ketchup
- 2-3 teaspoons chilli flakes (optional)

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Take out the bag of boneless pork dry ribs and you don’t need to defrost the,
- Spread half the bag on to a parchment lined baking sheet in a single layer Make sure to avoid overlapping the ribs so they can get crispy.
- Place the sheet in the oven and cook for 25-30 minutes until golden and crisp. Rotate the ribs halfway and flip them for even cooking.
- In the meantime, make the BBQ sauce.
- In a saucepan, add all the BBQ sauce ingredients in no particular order.
- Cook over medium high heat until it begins to simmer, then lower the heat to low and allow the sauce to simmer for about 20 minutes.
- The sauce will be thick and tasty. Adjust seasoning and spice level if needed.
- Let the sauce cool down for 30 minutes or place it in the fridge for speed cooling.
- When the pork ribs are ready, toss them or dip them in to the sauce and serve with coleslaw.
- Or make them into pork rib sandwiches by tossing the pork into the sauce, stuff into a sandwich sub bread with coleslaw at the base. Serve with some fries.
