Best Ways to Cook

We recommend that all our meat products be thawed out of packaging for 24 hours in the refrigerator prior to cooking (unless otherwise stated). Whether choosing to thaw inside or outside of the packaging, please place in a dish to thaw. Follow these steps to create a perfect balance of natural flavour, texture, and aesthetic appearance. INDIVIDUAL APPLIANCE TEMPERATURE MAY VARY THE COOKING TIME. USE CAUTION AS PRODUCT WILL BE HOT!

Bake

How to Bake Veal Scallopini

Preheat oven to 375°F. Brush veal scallopini on both sides with butter or oil, season with fresh sea salt and black pepper. Sear in a skillet until a brown crust develops - about 1-2 minutes for each side. Place on a lightly oiled baking dish on the middle rack of your oven, and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature registers 5-10°F lower than your desired doneness (see internal temperature guidelines below).

Let rest for 3-5 minutes prior to serving. Temperature will continue to rise while resting.
Air Fry

How to Air Fry Veal Scallopini

Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Brush veal scallopini with oil or melted butter on both sides and season with fresh sea salt and black pepper, then place in the air fryer basket (single layer), making sure not to overcrowd. Cook for 5-6 minutes.

Flip the veal, cooking for a further 5-6 minutes, or until the internal temperature registers 5-10°F lower than your desired doneness (see internal temperature guidelines below).

Let the veal rest for 3-5 minutes prior to serving. Temperature will continue to rise while resting.
