Grill

How to Grill Ribs

Preheat the grill to high heat. Brush the defrosted rack of ribs with your favourite barbecue sauce. Once the grill is hot, place the rack of ribs on the grill, bone side down and heat for about 10 minutes. Flip the ribs, baste with more barbecue sauce and heat for an additional 5 minutes or until the ribs are crispy and caramelized on the outside. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Temperature will continue to rise while resting.
Bake

How to Oven Roast Ribs

Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove ribs from freezer and take off packaging (no need to defrost). Ribs are pre-seasoned but feel free to add a sprinkle of salt and pepper to your liking. Place ribs on baking sheet, meat side up. Roast in oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Cooking times and temperatures may vary based on the method of preparation and your desired degree of doneness. Test for doneness with a meat thermometer.
