Pat thawed shrimp dry with a paper towel. Preheat barbecue grill to medium-high heat (roughly 400°F). Thread the shrimp onto skewers leaving a little space between each shrimp. Brush the shrimp with melted butter or oil and season with your favourite spices. Place the shrimp skewers on the BBQ and grill for 3-4 minutes per side until the shrimp turn an opaque pinkish-white on the outside and reach an internal temperature of 145°F.

Pat thawed shrimp dry with a paper towel. Preheat a large pan or skillet and add a tablespoon of oil or butter. Add the shrimp in a single layer without overcrowding and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until the shrimp turn an opaque pinkish white on the outside and reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
