How to Bake Chicken Breasts

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Season the thawed chicken breasts with your favourite spices or marinade, and place them on a lightly oiled baking dish in the middle rack of your oven. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F, then remove from the oven and allow to rest for a few minutes before serving. Temperature will continue to rise while resting.
Air Fry

How to Air Fry Chicken Breasts

Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Add your preferred spices or marinade to the thawed chicken breasts and place them in the air fryer basket (single layer). Cook for 35-40 minutes (flipping halfway through) or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F. Remove from the air fryer and allow to rest for a few minutes before serving. Temperature will continue to rise while resting.

Cooking times and temperatures may vary based on the method of preparation and your desired degree of doneness. Test for doneness with a meat thermometer.
