How to Grill Shrimp

Pat thawed shrimp dry with a paper towel. Preheat your barbecue grill to medium-high heat (roughly 400°F). Thread the shrimp on skewers leaving a little space between each shrimp. Brush the shrimp with melted butter or oil and season with your favourite spices. Place the shrimp skewers on the BBQ and grill for 2-3 minutes per side or until the shrimp turn an opaque pinkish-white on the outside and reach an internal temperature of 145°F.

How to Pan Fry Shrimp
