4 pieces Sealand Bacon Wrapped Tenderloin, defrosted
- Steak Seasoning (store bought or homemade below) to taste
- 1 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme or oregano
- 1 Tablespoon granulated onion
- 1 Tablespoon granulated garlic
- 2 tablespoons butter

20-25 pieces of Sealand Butterflied Garlic Herb Shrimp
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 4 Tablespoons butter, unsalted
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh rosemary, minced
- 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley minced
- 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
- Remove the Sealand Bacon Wrapped Tenderloin from the box and from the packaging. Defrost overnight in the fridge or over the counter for 3-4 hours.
- Preheat a non stick skillet over medium high heat with the olive oil to start with the shrimp.
- Sear the shrimp for 2 minutes per side until it’s pink and opaque. Make sure to cook the shrimp in a single layer at all times to avoid it steaming out.
- Repeat with all the shrimp until they’re done.
- Season the steak generously on both sides with steak seasoning.
- Add the butter to the pan and then sear the steak for 4-5 minutes per side, also sear the steak on all sides.
- Make sure to get the bacon nice and crispy by searing the sides for 2 minutes per side.
- Remove the steak from the pan and serve alongside the shrimp and French fries.
- Spoon the rosemary butter over the steak while it’s still hot and allow it to melt over the steaks.
- Enjoy.
