Remove the Sealand Sausages from the packaging and defrost on the counter for 3 hours.
To cook the sausages, either sear on high heat in a skillet with 1 teaspoon oil, flipping as needed.
Alternatively the sausages can be grilled on a medium high grill with the lid, flipping as needed.
The sausages can be baked in a baking sheet in a single layer in a 425 degreesF oven until cooked through, or air fried.
To make the broccoli pesto: Add all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth, adding more olive oil as needed.
Cook the pasta in salted water and reserve some of the pasta water, about 1 cup.
To make the pasta sauce, add butter in a skillet, cook the mushrooms until soft and ready. This takes about 2 minutes, and then add in the sun dried tomatoes with oil, and cook for 3 minutes until softened.
Add in the cooked pasta, some pasta water, fresh basil, parmesan cheese, seasoning and toss well.
Adjust thickness of the sauce by adding more pasta water or parmesan cheese.
