Ingredients
- 4 cups Sealand Organic Beef Bone Broth, warmed and set aside.
- 1 Tablespoons Olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend
- 1 cup sliced Rotisserie chicken (or any cooked chicken)
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- Chilli flakes
- Sea Salt
- Lemon Juice
- Fresh Parsley, minced

Directions
- Remove the Sealand Organic Beef Bone Broth from the freezer and defrost them overnight in the fridge.
- In a small sauce pan, warm up the broth and serve only with the garnishes as is for a heartwarming bowl. Or make the soup below:
- In a Dutch oven or 5 quart pan, star mango the soup.
- Over medium heat, add the olive oil and garlic.
- Then add in the celery and carrots, season and cook for 3-4 minutes more until they feel slightly softened.
- Add in the warmed up or thawed Sealand Organic Beef Bone Broth, and season.
- Cover the pot and bring to a boil, then drop the heat to a low.
- Simmer for 7-8 minutes until the veggies have softened.
- Add the chicken and cook for 3-4 more minutes to warm up and soak some of the broth flavours.
- Then turn off the heat and add in the spinach.
- Toss the spinach in to the hot soup and it will begin to wilt.
- Serve the bowl of soup with the garnishes and Bon appétit.
