4 pieces Sealand Chicken Cordon Bleu, frozen
- 2 Tablespoons Unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 shallots, thinly sliced
- 2 Tablespoons herbs (rosemary and thyme), minced
- 4 cups baby fingerling potatoes
- 2 teaspoons salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups green beans, frozen and thawed
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese , more to taste
- Chilli flakes, optional
- Fresh parsley optional
Fingerling Potatoes With Butter
Directions
- Remove the Sealand Chicken Cordon bell from the bag, and seal the bag.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Place the chicken in a single layer on a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Cook in the oven for 30-40 minutes until golden and cooked through, rotating the pan halfway.
- In the meantime make the potatoes.
- In a saucepan add the butter and shallots, and cook until the shallots are golden, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add the potatoes and cook in the butter over medium heat to coat well with the shallots and butter for 4-5 minutes until slightly golden on the outside,
- Add the water and drop the heat to medium, cover the pan and let the potatoes cook through, about 12-15 minutes.
- Add in the green beans and cover the pan once again for 5-6 minutes until tender.
- Serve the potatoes and green beans on a plate with plenty of parmesan cheese, and chilli flakes and parsley if using.
- Top the potatoes with the chicken and add more parmesan cheese on top.
- Enjoy.
