Salmon - Personal Plank

Atlantic salmon (fish), sugar, brown sugar, water, dextrose, spices, sea salt, dehydrated vegetables (onion, garlic), orange peel, ginger, flavour, natural smoke flavour
Fully thaw in vacuum pack in the fridge or place vacuum pack in cold water until thawed (20-40 minutes). Preheat BBQ or oven to 425°F(220°C). Carefully remove plastic and place plank directly on rack and cook for approx 12-15 min). DO NOT OVERCOOK. Salmon is cooked when the flesh becomes flaky. Remove immediately from heat as it will continue to cook. Air Fryer - 324ºF (162ºC) for 11 minutes.
