How to Bake Beef Short Ribs

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place thawed ribs on a lightly oiled baking dish in the middle rack of your oven. Heat for 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F, then remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Temperature will continue to rise while resting.
Air Fry

How to Air Fry Beef Short Ribs

Preheat air fryer to 325°F. Place the thawed ribs in the air fryer basket (single layer). Heat for 36 minutes (flipping halfway through) or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Temperature will continue to rise while resting.

Cooking times and temperatures may vary based on the method of preparation and your desired degree of doneness. Test for doneness with a meat thermometer.
