Grill

How to Grill Chicken Kebabs

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Make sure the grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking. Season the thawed chicken kebabs with your favourite spices or marinade. Place on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes with the lid closed. After the initial cooking time, rotate the kebabs periodically to ensure even grilling. Cook for an additional 6-8 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove from the BBQ and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Bake

How to Bake Chicken Kebabs

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Season the thawed chicken kebabs with your favourite spices or marinade, and place them on a lightly oiled baking dish in the middle rack of your oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes (flipping halfway through) or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F, then remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Cooking times and temperatures may vary based on the method of preparation and your desired degree of doneness. Test for doneness with a meat thermometer.
