How to Bake Chicken Thighs

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Season the thawed chicken thighs with your favourite spices or marinade, and place them on a lightly oiled baking dish in the middle rack of your oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes (flipping halfway through) or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F. Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

How to Air Fry Chicken Thighs

Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Add your preferred spices or marinade to the thawed chicken thighs and place in the air fryer basket (single layer). Cook for 25-30 minutes (flipping halfway through) or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Cooking times and temperatures may vary based on the method of preparation and your desired degree of doneness. Test for doneness with a meat thermometer.
