How to Bake Chicken Schnitzels

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add oil. Fry thawed chicken cutlets for 2 minutes on each side to lock in the moisture. Remove from pan and place on a lightly oiled baking dish. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.

How to Air Fry Chicken Schnitzels

Preheat air fryer to 330ºF. Place thawed chicken cutlets in the air fryer basket (single layer). Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.

Cooking times and temperatures may vary based on the method of preparation and your desired degree of doneness. Test for doneness with a meat thermometer.
