How to Pan Sear Salmon

Heat a large frying pan over high heat. Add 1 tbsp of sesame oil to the pan. Pat dry the thawed salmon and season with sea salt and pepper. Place in the pan and sear for 1 minute per side. Slice and transfer to serving bowls.

How to Air Fry Salmon

Preheat air fryer to 380°F. Add seasoning and cook for 10-12 minutes or until the internal temperature of the salmon reaches 145°F. The fish should flake easily with a fork.

Cooking times and temperatures may vary based on the method of preparation and the thickness of the fish. Test for doneness with a meat thermometer.
